             Earlier supposed to be our lab day but our chef decided to demo the Lemon Meringue Tart. There are three recipes that comprises the Lemon Meringue Tart. First is making the Pate Sucree which will be the pie crust. Then, the filling which is where the third recipe, the Swiss Meringue will be pipe out.
